What is more fun than celebrating an important milestone in life with something novel, fun and expressive? Think menopause parties, baby showers, divorce parties, new job, new home, menarche party for young girls, teambuilding with colleagues etc..

Here we call this experience to “Posse Up”.

We bring all the activiites and supplies. You sit back and have fun with the Posse.

Workshops for self discovery, self expression and reclaiming your creative, playful spirit.

Just come as you are and play. Be ready to listen to your intuition. Get in the flow. And Create You!

These workshops are usually a set topic, set timeframe (3 or 8 hours), and pre-determined location. Workshops will have original expressive arts exercises and facilitation (in art and coaching).

Sometimes it’s fun to gather up and join a new community of peeps who want to learn, grow, and support each other on life’s journey.

The Learning Up programs are for those who want to share, learn, read, explore, and be in community with others who believe in:

• spiritual growth

• deepening intuition

• expression - verbal, artistic, reading, writing, singing

• engagement with others to learn in community
